Academic career
Keerti started her PhD at the TUM School of Management in February 2026. She completed the International Joint Master of Research (M.Sc.) in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University, Leuphana University, and the University of Valencia (2023–2025), and earned a First Class Bachelor's (B.Sc. Hons.) in Psychology from the University of Buckingham.
